Booking Policies

Cancellation/Rescheduling

  • We strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. All of our appointment confirmations are sent via text or email. Please honor your appointment, if you must cancel or reschedule please do so at least 24hours before your appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee/losing your deposit.   
  • All appointment cancellations must be made & confirmed via telephone.

Late Arrivals

  • We ask that our clients are on time for their appointments ensure sufficient time quality results.
  • While there are no late fees, the length of the appointment will be reduced due to time restraints.
  • Guests arriving 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, as accommodating clients may inconvenience the time of the next appointment. 

Booking Policy

  • Deposit fee is R100 and will contribute to your final payment. The remaining balance must be paid after the service has been provided. 
  • Students booking for courses/ training. 50% of full course amount must be paid 24 hours before training starts.  
  • Transfer to South African Bank account (Reflection of payment is required to confirm appointment)
  • Screenshot or proof of payment should be sent to contact@lashbarbie.co.za with your name & surname as the subject of the email or send screenshot to 076 705 7558 on whatsapp.

Refills

  • Refill prices are based on a  40% requirement anything less that 20 lashes per eye is considered a "Full Set" and will be charged accordingly.

Customer Satisfaction

  • If for any reason you are unhappy with results or anything at all, please contact us within 48 hours so that we can schedule an appointment to fix any issues. 

Allergies

  • If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products used during a service, please notify us immensely for assistance in assessing the situation. 
  • If you have experienced any reactions to eyelash extensions in the past and think you may be allergic to our products, please notify us before your appointment. A patch test can be administered before your appointment. Refunds are not given for allergic reactions.

Service Return/Refund Policy

  • Because lash extensions require such gentle and strict maintenance requirements, we are unable to guarantee your lashes. 
  • A 40% refund can be issued for bad retention where applicable. 
  • If you are unhappy with a service, please contact us within 48 hours.
